In November the awarding organisations released their new GCSE MFL sample assessment material and specifications, including draft word lists. Preliminary analyses gives an early indication that there is a large difference between current lists and those proposed for the new exam.
The good news is that there is a high degree of overlap between the NCELP/Eduqas list and AQA. This further identifies that NCELP’s language and culture-rich resources will be highly relevant for the language needed for both courses.
