NCELP ‘builders’ sessions
We have a suite of CPD sessions aimed at teachers who have completed out CPD course or have experience of using our Schemes of Work.
These sessions offer an input led by our current Course Leaders, on a spotlight theme of Curriculum Design, Phonics, Vocabulary or Grammar coupled with an ‘ask the practitioner’ opportunity. Drawing on their knowledge as expert practitioners of the NCELP SOW, the session leaders will also share examples of the resources they use in their everyday teaching.
Differentiation in the NCELP Schemes of Work
We are offering sessions on differentiation in the NCELP SOW to support lower proficiency learners and to offer stretch and challenge for higher proficiency learners.
Practising and consolidating phonics knowledge
This highly practical session looks at teaching and learning activities to embed phonics knowledge beyond the initial introductory teaching phase.
