We know that all teachers are working very hard to manage the impact on their pupils and schools in these difficult times. We have made some updates to the Resource Portal to reflect the change in practice arising from school closure. Two new pages are available from the home page of both our main NCELP website and the NCELP Resource Portal under a new Coronavirus (COVID-19) banner:
- NCELP approaches to remote teaching and learning
This includes a Year 7 Resources Log for pupils to download directly. It also includes a 50-page language guide to accompany the NCELP Y7 Spanish Scheme of Work, providing succinct grammar explanations, vocabulary lists, and a phonics guide to support students’ independent learning for the whole of Y7. It also has QR codes on each page to link to each week’s vocabulary learning on Quizlet. - NCELP teacher CPD
This includes a series of self-access NCELP CPD sessions for any teachers interested to learn more about the NCELP pedagogy.
