Kirsten Somerville – Resource Developer

Kirsten has taught English and French in a range of settings in France and the UK, from primary school to higher education. She has also helped deliver university-school partnerships in the widening participation sector, working in secondary schools across the West of Scotland to increase engagement and achievement at university among pupils from disadvantaged areas. She holds a joint MA in French and Geography, as well as an MRes in Human Geography (specialising in French culture) from the University of Glasgow. Kirsten joined the NCELP team in February 2020.
